3. Obligations
You must comply with all applicable laws in connection with your access to and use of the https://animalid.kz website and services, as well as such additional restrictions as may be set forth in a written notice or on-screen notification from https://animalid.kz . As a condition of your access to and use of the Site and Services, you warrant that you will not use the Site or Services for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by the User Agreement. https://animalid.kz will process the information you provide as specified in clause 2 of the Service and activate information about you as soon as possible to provide you with access to the https://animalid.kz website for your personal and non-commercial use, and for any other purposes related to the User Agreement.
4. Data protection
You authorize https://animalid.kz to collect, use and transfer the information you provide in accordance with the User Agreement. https://animalid.kz will provide information about you 24/7/365 online 24/7.
5. Terms of payment
When registering, you grant https://animalid.kz the right to withdraw the registration amount according to the generated invoice from your payment card, in case of payment of the payment card. You can also use other forms of payment listed in the "Registration Payment" section. Clause 5 is valid in case of registration of third-party chips, as well as for all chips undergoing re-registration.
6. Applicable law
The activities of the site administration are carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any claims, disputes, official appeals will be considered exclusively in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
7. Copyright
All materials contained on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, digital downloads, data collections and software, are the property of https://animalid.kz and are protected by international copyright laws. All content on this site is the exclusive property of https://animalid.kz according to the copyright for this collection of AnimalID.kz and protected by international copyright laws.
8. Brand
https://animalid.kz trademarks and corporate identity cannot be used by anyone else and in connection with any other product or service that does not belong to https://animalid.kz .
9. Other provisions
The site administration is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses incurred by Visitors, Users or third parties, as well as for lost profits because of https://animalid.kz 's activities.
10. Termination of the contract
https://animalid.kz reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate your access and use of the Site and Services, with or without prior notice, in the event of your violation of this Agreement.
