Welcome to https://animalid.kz / Register microchip. Terms of use ("User Agreement") set out the rules for access and use of services Site https://animalid.kz («Services»). Please read the terms of this agreement. Confirming consent to registration in the box "I agree" after the registration of the microchip in the network, by signing a user agreement you acknowledge, and agree with all terms and conditions contained or referred to in this agreement.
1. Acceptance of Terms
a. Electronic signature
The consent of the subscriber is an electronic contract that governs your use of the Site and Services. By clicking on the registration screen box "I agree" below, you confirm that you understand and accept the terms and conditions contained in this document and agree to be legally bound by Terms and Conditions. Confirmation of the field "Accept" creates an electronic signature that has the same legal effect as handwritten signatures.
b. The electronic form.
When you have finished recording, and indicating its User Agreement, you consent to the formation of the User Agreement provided to you in electronic form and agree to receive information about their registration in electronic form.
2. Services.
https://animalid.kz collects the information requested on the Site (contact information for the owner of the animal, additional contact information, contact information and veterinarian information about the animal), and presents the information on this site https://animalid.kz around the clock online access. It also places this information on other related sites of electronic identification of animals. In the event of loss of an animal on your application, this information will also be given to all search engine related animals. https://animalid.kz provides only the information that the user, and is not responsible for the completeness and accuracy of information provided by User.After registering, our system will process the information you provide, and in 3 days information about your pet will be in our database. Microchip your pet will be registered, active and monitored on site 24/7/365 for life. Over the life of your placement of information on other sites animal electronic identification and retrieval systems cannot be held responsible https://animalid.kz .
3. Liabilities
You must comply with all applicable laws in connection with your access to and use of the site and services https://animalid.kz , and such further limitations as may be stated in a written notice or on-screen notice from www.animalid.kz. As a condition of your access to and use of the Site and the Services, you represent and warrant that you will not use the Site or Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited User Agreement. www.animalid.kz will process your information as described in claim 2, and activates services information about your pet as quickly as possible, which would provide you with access to the site www.animalid.kz for your personal and noncommercial use, and any other purposes related to the User Agreement.
4. Data protection
You authorize https://animalid.kz collection, use and transfer of your information in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. www.animalid.kz will provide information about your pet around the clock online access 24/7/365.
5. Terms of Payment
When you register your pet, you grant the right to https://animalid.kz to withdraw the amount formed by registration under the bill with your payment card, in case of payment by payment card. You can also use other forms of payment specified in the section "Payment".P. 5 apply in case of the registration of third-party chips.
6. Applicable law
The activity of the site is carried out in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any claims, disputes, official request will be considered solely in accordance with the legislation of the RK.
7. Copyright
All materials contained on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, digital downloads, data compilations and software is owned by www.animalid.kz and protected by international copyright laws. All content on this site is the exclusive property https://animalid.kz accordance with copyright authorship for this collection www.animalid.kz and protected by international copyright laws.
8. Brand name
Trademarks and trade dress www.animalid.kz cannot be used by none other in connection with any product or service that does not belong to https://animalid.kz .
9. Other provisions of the
The site administration is not responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential damages incurred by visitors, users or third parties as well as for loss of profits arising out of activities https://animalid.kz .
10. Termination of a contract
https://animalid.kz reserves the right at its sole discretion, to terminate your access to and use of the Site and Services, with or without notice if you breach this Agreement.
